Placing an order is considered conditional acceptance of the heretofore-stated terms and conditions of sale. Please email us before placing an order if there are any questions.
Although we do our best to ensure wine is shipped in proper shipment containers and it is held on extremely warm days, we cannot be responsible for the weather or damage due to heat. Please connect with us before ordering if this is a concern.
Although we do our best to keep our online inventory and pricing up to date, we reserve the right to change prices and inventory is limited to on-hand inventory at the time of the order. We will do our best to reach out to you promptly to inform you of any changes. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
We only sell to persons at least 21 years of age. If you are under 21 and attempt to order from Onevinewines.com, you may be charged with fraud. If you are over 21, of sound mind, and enjoy fine wine, feel free to order from us.
Delivery requires a signature by someone at least 21 years of age. If for some reason, a positively identified adult over 21 is not available, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charge. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.
We pride ourselves on properly storing and protecting our wines. For this reason, your order is automatically insured up to $100. If you’d like to add additional insurance, please email us prior to ordering.
All wine is sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation relative to your right to import wines into your state or county. The customer, by placing an order, warrants to us that he/she is aware of and in compliance with the laws governing said shipment into his/her area. Any order with a California ship to address is subject to sales tax. All orders shipped outside of CA are not subject to CA state sales tax. If you have provided a copy of a valid Seller’s Permit, you will not be charged tax.
We use third party couriers to deliver to our customers. Although we do our best to manage shipments and their timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for their service or delivery schedule. If you have special delivery requirements or require delivery by a specific date, please email us prior to ordering.
We regularly sell old. fine and rare wines. Although we make a best effort to verify provenance and evaluate the condition of bottles, buying older wine inevitably has a buyer beware caveat. We cannot be responsible for flawed bottles and we will make the most accurate representation possible when presenting wine for sale.
Our credit card company verifies your address. Please make sure you have entered your correct shipping and billing addresses. We cannot be responsible for user error or data entry mistakes by our customers. If a billing address or shipping address are unclear, we’ll contact you. For this reason, it’s important to include your contact information.
